I’m Dave Shutler, Ex Royal Marine Commando and now proud director of DS Elite fitness LTD based in Theydon Bois, Essex.

After leaving the Royal Marines in November 2012, I gained a level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing and Personal Training from leading health and fitness provider Premier Training International. I have always been passionate about fitness and wanted to set up my own business where I could use my personal skills and knowledge to educate and train others to achieve a high level of fitness, through developing a mind set and discipline to achieve goals and beyond.

As a personal trainer with a military background, I enjoy using my high level of fitness experience and knowledge to create training programmes that will really motivate you whilst also making exercise enjoyable.

All personal training sessions are individually planned to meet client’s needs and to help you to achieve your goals. It is my aim to ensure that you achieve the best possible results.

Training can be carried out at your home, your garden or at your local park. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, or simply improve your fitness levels, I will be able to provide you with elite training and exercise.
