Co-op shoppers encouraged to support high school PTA book fund

Wanstead High School's library underwent a £40k refurbishment last summer
Wanstead High School PTA has been chosen for Co-op's community funding initiative for 2019, to raise money for books to restock the school's newly refurbished library.
"At the last count, the library contained over 19,000 much-loved fiction, non-fiction and reference books, some of which need updating," said a PTA spokesperson.
"You can support the school by electing the PTA as your chosen charity, which means 1% of the amount spent on Co-op branded products and services will go to the school."
